Recommendation of an SEG Program grant in the amount of $40,000 to Western PA Bruins for the Western PA Bruins Spring Tip-Off to be held April 10, 2026 through April 12, 2026 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center (DLCC). 4. Recommendation of an SEG Program grant in the amount of $45,000 to SuperSeriesAAA, LLC for Top Tier USA to be held May 1, 2026, through May 3, 2026, at Alpha Ice Complex, Baierl Ice Complex, Ice Castle Arena, RMU Island Sports Center, UPMC Events Center, and other venues outside of Allegheny County. 5.
