Addendum #01 – David L. Lawrence Convention Center Painting of Exterior Architectural Steel at Fourth Level All addenda must be acknowledged on the bid form and will become part of the contract documents. July 24, 2026 Prospective bidders shall attach this addendum to the Project Manual now in their possession. The following revisions are hereby made to the bid documents for the referenced project. The prospective bidders shall, for their own information, note the following additions on the documents in the bidder’s possession. 1) Dates: a) Deadline for Submission of Bids: 1:00pm | Thursday, July 30, 2026 i) Location: SEA Office 171 10th Street, 2nd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 2) Additional Information: a) Contact information i) SEA Procurement & M/WBE Specialist (1) Michael Halpern (a) Emai: mhalpern@pgh-sea.com (b) Phone: 412.393.7106 b) Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Summary i) PM reviewed Meeting Agenda (See Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes attached). ii) Facility site walk conducted to review Scope of Work and detail. 3) Questions: a) Question: What is the anticipated duration of the project? Response: The SEA will issue a notice to proceed in August 2026 with the intent the work will be complete no later than August 31, 2027. The Authority will work with the successful contractor to review and coordinate the scheduling.
