Engineers Development Cost: $65 million New & Reconstructed Roads: Tony Dorsett Drive Mazeroski Way Art Rooney Avenue North Shore Drive Federal Street Reedsdale Street General Robinson Street Allegheny Avenue Additional Improvements: Fort Duquesne Pedestrian Bridge and Walkway Federal Street/Allegheny Avenue Underpasses Utilities: Water Separation of storm & sanitary sewers Chuck Noll Way Chuck Noll Way was constructed as a new roadway between Art Rooney Avenue and Tony Dorsett Drive, and connects North Shore Drive and West General Robinson Street.

The project included the construction of new pavement with signage, lighting, streetscape, and sewer work. The majority of Chuck Noll Way was funded through PennDOT Federal Highway funds.
