About the project
Rollinsford Water and Sewer District will use the grant and loan funds for water main replacement along Locust and Prospect Street. Grant funds will be used in conjunction with Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (DWSRF) loan funds to complete the design, bidding, construction and engineering oversight of the construction contract for the project.
