Columns in the project download
Column	Meaning
`id`	Stable identifier for the project on this site (the NHDES project number when there is one).
`projectNumber`	NHDES project number.
`party`	The funding recipient: a town, city, village district, precinct, cooperative or association.
`community`	The village or community NHDES names for the project.
`town`	The New Hampshire city or town the project is in.
`county`	County.
`system`	Water system: drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, dams, flood risk, watershed, or drinking water and wastewater.
`work`	Kind of work: construction, planning and design, asset management, energy efficiency or cybersecurity.
`date`	Approval or binding commitment date, the last one when NHDES published more than one. Blank when NHDES records give only the year.
`approvals`	Every approval date NHDES published for the project, when there is more than one.
`arpa, pfas, dwsrf, cwsrf, trust`	Dollars from each program (ARPA grants, PFAS Remediation Loan Fund, Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Funds, Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund).
`nhdesTotal`	Sum of the program columns.
`projectCost`	Total project cost when NHDES reports it.
`narrative`	NHDES's description of the project.

Updates: The records are updated up to twice a year. Each update replaces these files and every page built from them.
Locations: Most projects sit at the point NHDES mapped for them. The rest are placed at the center of their city or town, and their project pages say so.
Dates: Dates are approval or binding commitment dates. Some 2022 asset management grants are recorded by year only.
Dollars: Amounts are commitments, not payments made to date. Local funds and total project cost appear when NHDES reports them.
