Streets and signals
Potholes, traffic signals, streetlights, signs, and guiderail damage.
Service request
The City’s request route accepts non-emergency issues and provides a way to follow the work.
A useful report
Start here
The current City tool will ask for the issue type, location, and details that help staff find it.
Do not use a service request for an immediate threat to life, safety, or property.
What you can report
If no category matches exactly, describe the issue in your own words in the request.
Potholes, traffic signals, streetlights, signs, and guiderail damage.
Downed trees or limbs, trimming, parks, playgrounds, and graffiti.
Bulky items, dumping, collection issues, and possible code violations.
Roadway leaks and other non-emergency Public Works needs.
Help staff find it
Do not include account numbers, identification documents, or other private information in a public description.
Give the nearest address, intersection, or landmark.
Explain what happened, what is affected, and when you noticed it.
Take a photo only if you can do so without entering traffic or approaching a hazard.
