In-scope pattern (Attachment B 5.11, confirmed in the County’s Q&A). The District Court is exploring website payments for costs not related to court cases, such as record-request fees and attorney registration. The production build integrates the County’s Alacriti payment platform for those flows, scoped with County finance; court-case fees and jury management stay out of scope per the Q&A. No payment is collected in this prototype.
