- Get the right forms. We point you to the correct packet and the plain-language instructions that go with it.
- Fill it out. Review the instructions online first when possible, then use the courthouse computers if you need help preparing forms.
- Review and file. We check that your paperwork is complete, then you file it with the Clerk of the District Court.
