What small businesses actually ask us

The questions in the small-business sessions are remarkably consistent, and almost none of them are about the technology. People asked what it costs, whether it will be wrong in a way that embarrasses them in front of a customer, whether their data goes anywhere, and whether it is going to take their staff's jobs. Those are the right questions, and the sessions are built around them.
