MINUTES OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING GREEN HILLS RURAL DEVELOPMENT, INC. Trenton, MO Monday, March 30, 2022 9:00 a.m.

1. Callto Order: The meeting was called to order at 9:02 a.m. by President Eva Danner Horton. A quorum was declared for the conduct of business.

2. The following Directors were in attendance:

Eva Danner Horton Livingston County Josh Muck Linn County Jack Hodge Harrison County Stan Falke Carroll County

3. The following Directors were in attendance via ZOOM:

Michael Ormsby Grundy County Danah Fowler Sullivan County Evan Emmerich Chariton County

3. The following Directors were absent: Dale Hartley Caldwell County Annie Gibson Daviess County Gene Anderson Mercer County Jack Tucker Putnam County

4. The following staff were in attendance: Corinne Watts Debbie Pergande Jackie Soptic 5. Old Business: None at this time.

6. New Business:

a. IRP Loan Funds: Motion by Jack Hodge to retain $100,000 for loan funds to be used for GAP financing for small business loans. Seconded by Stan Falke. Motion carried.

b. Solid Waste Building: Motion by Stan Falke to survey the property and list property at $55,000. Seconded by Danah Fowler. Motion carried.

c. Presentation of 2020-2021 Audit: Audit to be approved at next meeting.

7. Director’s Report: Corinne updated the Board on the items to be repaired at the new office building. Jackie stated she did not think we had to procure bids since no federal funds were involved.

Motion by Stan Falke to give management authority to move forward with the remodeling and repairs. Seconded by Josh Muck. Motion carried.

8. Adjournment: Jack Hodge made a motion to adjourn. Stan seconded. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:32 a.m.
