The Standard These Pages Meet
This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. On these pages that means:
- Everything works from a keyboard, and you can always see where you are on the page.
- Every map has a list beside it or below it with the same places, so nothing depends on the map.
- The weekend planner is buttons and form fields, never drag and drop.
- Text can be enlarged to 200 percent, and every page reflows to fit a phone.
- Movement on the page stops when your device asks for less motion.
Accessible Versions of the Guides
The three printed guides are PDF files, and none is tagged for a screen reader, so each is also published here as a web page of its text, page by page:
The printable county map is a picture; its towns and places are on the map page and on each town's page as text. If a page still does not work with the tools you use, ask the Tourism office for what it says in another format.
