How this page improves on today's archive

The current site lists Board meeting agendas as a flat sequence of dated WordPress posts, with no consistent attachment summary, no highlight bullets, and no surface of what's on next month's agenda. A resident looking to comment on the FY26 budget or the Don't Light Tonight rule update has to click into each meeting individually.

The redesign promotes the next meeting to a glance card, surfaces highlight bullets on every past meeting, and pairs the Granicus video links with the agenda packet so a Cal/EJ-aligned community member can verify what was actually said. Committee cadences are exposed in one place. Subscribe-by-email is a one-click action, not a buried newsletter form.
