Before You Book
The seasonal rental facility is owned and operated by West Chester Township and can accommodate up to 220 guests for wedding receptions, family reunions or other types of gatherings.
Because the barn has no air conditioning and no heating, the space is only made available to rent between April 1 and November 15. Temperature inside the barn can be moderated through the use of ceiling fans, operable windows and three sets of double doors. A small gas fireplace provides ambiance.
The Muhlhauser Barn is not available for private rentals Monday-Thursday. Non-profits may call (513)759-3960 to learn about use of the Barn on these days.
Reservation of the Muhlhauser Barn includes use to the outdoor Moerlein Gazebo at the park.
All food served at the Muhlhauser Barn must be prepared off-site with the exception of outdoor grilling in designated areas.
Organizations hosting a public event to benefit a charity may be eligible for a discount, and must complete a Community Event Application.
