Barn weddings are in vogue.
If you’re looking to rent that special place, the historic Muhlhauser Barn in West Chester, Ohio combines rustic charm with modern amenities for a beautiful setting at an affordable price. Take some inspiration from guests who have rented the facility for their big event.
Picture yourself here
No need to travel far from the site of your ceremony/reception to take pictures with the bridal party. Beckett Park and its 150 acres of green space offer several gorgeous backdrops.
Set the table
Muhlhauser Barn provides renters with tables and chairs for inside use. All other items (linens, tableware, centerpieces, etc.) should be brought in and taken with you at the conclusion of your event.
Cater to your crowd
There are no preferred caterers at Muhlhauser Barn, but food must be prepared off site. Hire your favorite chef, food truck or bakery – or do it yourself.
Keep it simple
Yes, renters may decorate (some restrictions apply). Mind you it doesn’t take much to dress up Muhlhauser Barn. Take advantage of the hand-hewn wood beams and string lights. Just add flowers!
Dance the night away
Bring a DJ or play your own music and party like its 1899! Weekend rental hours at Muhlhauser Barn are 10 a.m. to midnight. While making your event itinerary, leave time for set up and wind down.
