Ifeoma Ozoma

Ifeoma Ozoma is the Director of Technology Policy for Kapor Center Advocacy, focusing on the intersections of tech industry accountability, public policy, and advancing justice through legislative action.

Before joining the Kapor Center Advocacy, Ifeoma was the Founder of Earthseed, a consulting firm specializing in the issues of tech accountability and public policy, where she co-sponsored the Silenced No More Act. This legislation, signed into law in 2021, allows workers to share information about discrimination or harassment, regardless of an NDA. Ifeoma created The Tech Worker Handbook, a collection of resources for tech workers looking to speak out on issues in the public interest. Ifeoma co-founded the Transparency in Employment Agreements Coalition, which scaled protections in the Silenced No More Act to workers across the globe through shareholder engagement.

Ifeoma was featured in the 2022 TIME 100Next list, the BBC 100 Women 2022 list, the CNN Risk Takers 2022 list, the Forbes 2022 Future of Work 50 list, InStyle’s 2022 The Badass 50, a list of 50 women “making the world a better place”, and The Root’s 100 Most Influential African Americans of 2021. Ifeoma received a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
