Downtown Sharon Spring Fling

Downtown businesses host flower baskets and raffle items for a springtime welcome to State Street. Participating businesses have included Beth's Thrift Store, Cornerstone Cafe, and Melusina's Records.

Downtown history

Thirteen seasons on the river

From 2013 to 2025, WaterFire Sharon lit the Shenango with floating braziers 29 times. Its final season closed with a farewell dinner for volunteers and donors. A new group has since formed to support downtown arts and culture; SCDC will share details here as they are announced.
