The Environmental Health Division conducts investigations of public health nuisances in the Village of Schaumburg. Complaints investigated by the Environmental Health Division include:
- Insect and rodent control
- Stagnant water / mosquito concerns
- Abandoned swimming pools
- General health and sanitation concerns regarding housing
- Accumulation of animal waste on private property
- Ground feeding of animals
