Dear Planning Commission, Been a neighbor for the past 47 years or so. Can remember when Stub and Sue bought the place. Helped clean it out with Steve Smith and crew, seem to recall it was a bunch of apartments, not at all in the best of condition. A few years later helped put the addition on that added more guest rooms. At the time nobody really seemed to know what a Bed and Breakfast was... some European thing. Clearly it has been a success, it is kept up very well, obviously the business draws a fair amount of well heeled people into town. Have gotten some of their overflow throughout the years. Never any noise or disturbances that come to mind. Their lights are pleasing to look at out the kitchen window in the winter. I would be in favor of the commission giving a yes vote on rezoning.
