Upcoming Assessing Process Presentation

DESCRIPTION: Each year, local governments are required to determine the assessed value of every property for tax purposes. The City and our assessor frequently receive questions about the assessment process. To help City Council and the community understand the process, the assessor is working to prepare a presentation before the next assessment notices are sent out. The assessor will be at the workshop meeting to seek Council feedback on particular items or questions you would like them to cover during their presentation. LEGAL REVIEW: N/A.
