Description: The Saugatuck Douglas CVB has submitted an event application for the Christmas Parade. The proposed event will follow the standard parade route for all City of Saugatuck parades outside of Fourth of July and Homecoming. A safety meeting will take place on a later date. Breakdown of Event: Location: Butler Street between Culver St. and Mary St. Date: 12/6/25 Event Hours: 11:00 a.m. Attendees: 250 Volunteers: 15 Budget Action Required: N/A Legal Review: N/A Sample Motion: Motion to approve/deny the Christmas Parade event to take place on 12/6/25 contingent on approval from Fire, Police and DPW.
