DESCRIPTION: Advanced Pavement Marking has submitted a change order request to its 2025-2027 pavement markings contract. The change order is an adjustment of contract quantities based on work completed in 2025. Fleis & VandenBrink provided the attached change order breakdown. The result is an increase of $2,467.97. BUDGET ACTION: None required. Sufficient dollars are budgeted to cover the project. LEGAL REVIEW: N/A at this time.
