DESCRIPTION: During approval of the Mt. Baldhead restroom replacement bid, City Council advised they would like the work to be completed in the fall after the Mt. Baldhead Challenge. Fleis & Vandenbrink provided the attached change order. The change order changes the contract times to reflect a mobilization date on or after September 8, 2025 and substantial completion by December 5, 2025. BUDGET ACTION: None required.
