Transportation

OMEGA is the state-designated Regional Transportation Planning Organization for eight of our ten counties: Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Muskingum, and Tuscarawas. Belmont and Jefferson counties are served by OMEGA's other roles as a Local Development District and Economic Development District, but sit outside the RTPO's transportation-planning boundary.
