Public Hearing Posted

A budget hearing will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, January 19, 2017, in the office of the Newton County Commission for the purpose of adopting the proposed 2017 County Budget. After January 9, 2017, the proposed budget may be examined between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays in the County Clerk’s Office. Interested citizens shall have the opportunity to give written or oral comment at this hearing.
