NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking sealed RFPs clearly marked “RFP 2026-30 Specifications for Server at Recorder’s Office” until 10:00 am Thursday, November 12, 2026, at which The Commission will open and read the RFPs. Sealed RFPs must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any RFP not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any postage due mailings or emailed RFPs. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs. Questions relating to this RFP shall be referred to Newton County Recorder Jennifer Childers, 417 451 8224. The RFP invitation and specifications are available at the office of The Newton County Commission, 417-451-8223 located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
