How the Board meets
- At least four regular meetings a year, one in each calendar quarter. Agreement §3.3(g)
- Public comment on the agenda at least once each quarter. Agreement §3.3(g)
- Meetings follow Colorado's Sunshine Law, with notice posted at least 24 hours ahead. Agreement §3.3(g)
- Three members make a quorum, and members may attend electronically. Agreement §3.3(h)
- Minutes are kept of every meeting. Agreement §3.6(n)

MEDA business before the County Commission
At these meetings the County Commission approved MEDA's founding documents, budget and policies, and appointed the County's two MEDA board members.

Amended Investment Policy
The Commission adopted Resolution 2026-87, 3–0, approving MEDA's Amended and Restated Investment Policy after Senate Bill 26-052 and setting board terms to end on December 31.

First Amendment and 2026 budget
The Commission adopted Resolution 2025-95 approving the First Amendment, then voted to adopt the MEDA budget for 2026 with its projection through 2030, each 3–0.

County board seats filled
The Commission appointed Commissioner Tony Bohrer to a three-year seat and Dave Fleming to a one-year seat on the MEDA Board, 3–0.

MEDA created
The Commission adopted Resolution 2025-76, approving the Establishment Agreement that creates MEDA and its first Investment Policy, 3–0.
