IEP Collaborative, Inc.

In their own words

Founded on personal experiences, IEP Collaborative, Inc. (IEPC) is a nonprofit public interest law corporation providing free legal services for California’s special needs students and their families. The (Individualized Education Plan) IEP – which is the cornerstone of a student’s educational program-specifies the services to be delivered, the student’s present levels of performance, and the accommodations and modifications needed to support student success. We seek to ensure that clients understand their right to participate during the formation and implementation of an IEP, and are equipped to participate as active members of the IEP team.

LAAC has named every Dan Bradley Fellow since 2015 and every Public Interest Bar Fellow for 2026, and none of them were placed here. That is not a refusal: most California legal aid organizations have never been asked, and an organization that has never hosted a fellow can still be the first to hire you.

Is this your organization? Complete this page

This organization has not published the areas of law it practices or whether it hires before the bar. Nothing on this page is inferred, so those questions stay open rather than being answered with a guess.

If you work here, you can fill this in, including whether you hire law graduates before they are licensed, which is the question this whole site exists to answer.
