Program Dates
Ask about summer internships. 2026 applications are closed. Ask your career office about summer funding and start contacting eligible hosts.
Who can apply
- Law students who will spend the summer interning at a LAAC member organization.
- Working at a rural organization, at an urban organization on a rural issue, or on consumer rights.
- A strong interest in a career in public interest law, defending and expanding the legal rights of people who live in poverty.
- We strongly encourage students of color and students from low-income backgrounds to apply.
