City Manager’s Office
Gloria Molleda, City Manager
Day-to-day operations of the City. Reports to the City Council. Also oversees intergovernmental relations, communications, and special initiatives including the AI Digital Library.

City Clerk
Deana L. Gonzalez, CMC · Notary Public
Maintains official City records, manages elections, prepares Council agenda packets, processes filming permits, and coordinates the annual City Fiesta.

Finance
Theresa Hernandez, Cynthia Dersaroian · Accountants
Budget preparation, financial reporting, audits, accounts payable and receivable, and procurement. Posts the annual budget and ACFR each fall.

Contract Building Official
Permits and inspections for construction, additions, accessory structures, and equestrian facilities. Plan check and code enforcement.

Public Safety
LA Sheriff (Lost Hills) · LA County Fire Station 67
Hidden Hills contracts with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department through the Lost Hills/Malibu Station, and with the LA County Fire Department for fire and emergency medical services.

Public Works
Contract City Engineer
Streets, drainage, signage, traffic engineering, and capital improvements. Coordinates with the Hidden Hills Community Association on private streets and trails.
