Civic leadership

The Hidden Hills City Council comprises five members elected to overlapping four-year terms. The Council elects the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem annually from among its members. The Council meets the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Mayor Loggia was elected to the Hidden Hills City Council in 2020 and has served as Mayor since November 2025. He chaired the Public Safety Subcommittee through the adoption of Ordinance 393 in 2025.

Stuart E. Siegel

Mayor Pro Tem Siegel was appointed in May 2025. He has focused on the AI Digital Library initiative and chaired the Council Ad Hoc Committee for the Website Redesign procurement.

Eniko Gold

Council Member Gold has served on the Council since 2018 and represents the City on regional water and equestrian-trail planning bodies.

Laura McCorkindale

Council term through 2028

Council Member McCorkindale was first elected in 2020. Her work focuses on community programming, the annual City Fiesta, and resident communications.

Larry G. Weber

Council Member Weber previously served as Mayor and has been on the Council for multiple terms. He chairs the Finance Subcommittee.

Meeting schedule

Regular meetings: Second Monday of each month, 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 6165 Spring Valley Road, Hidden Hills, CA 91302.

Special meetings: Called as needed by the Mayor or any three Council members, with at least 24 hours’ public notice per the Ralph M. Brown Act.

Public comment is welcomed at every Regular Meeting. Submit written comments in advance to staff@hiddenhills.gov or address the Council in person.
