1. Call to order & roll call
Mayor Loggia called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. All five Council members present: Mayor Loggia, Mayor Pro Tem Siegel, Council Member Gold, Council Member McCorkindale, Council Member Weber.
2. Approval of minutes

3. Public comment (non-agenda items)
Each speaker is allowed up to three minutes. Speakers wishing to address the Council on items not on the agenda must complete a speaker card before the start of the meeting. Per the Ralph M. Brown Act, the Council may not take action on items raised in this period.
4. Consent calendar
Items on the consent calendar are considered routine and will be acted on by one motion. Any item may be removed by a Council member for separate discussion.

Item 1 · Contract
Lost Hills Sheriff's Station services contract renewed
Council renews 24-month services contract with the LA County Sheriff's Lost Hills Station for general law-enforcement and patrol coverage. Annual cost $1.18M; second-year escalator capped at 4.5%. Contract includes dedicated patrol hours and weekend equestrian-trail enforcement assistance.
Item 2 · Acceptance
2025 brush-clearance compliance: 96.3% cycle completion
Finance Subcommittee accepts the LA County Fire annual report on the 2025 brush-clearance inspection cycle. 96.3% citywide compliance rate is the highest in five years; 14 parcels referred for second-notice inspection. Annual Fire-LA reimbursement budgeted at $48K.
Item 3 · Report
Citywide Brand Style Guide engagement: scope approved
Council approves scope for the Citywide Brand Style Guide engagement (running parallel to the Website Redesign procurement). Deliverables: logo refresh, color and typography system, photography guidance, and pattern library applicable across print, web, and signage. Anticipated completion fall 2026.
Item 4 · Acceptance
2025 traffic and parking report accepted
Council accepts the 2025 annual traffic-counts and parking-utilization report. Average daily trips on Spring Valley Road: 1,840 (up 3.2% from 2024). City Hall parking utilization at 64% of capacity at peak. No infrastructure-investment changes recommended; staff to continue monitoring.
Item 5 · Acceptance
Coyote-encounter incident log: Q1 2026 report
Council accepts the Q1 2026 coyote-encounter incident log from the City Manager's office. Sixteen reported encounters, no aggressive contact. Educational materials distributed in March addressed common attractant-management practices. Council reaffirms protocol adopted October 2025.
Item 6 · Approval
ARC subcommittee: 2025 annual report accepted
Council accepts the Architectural Review Subcommittee's 2025 annual report. Reviewed 47 project applications during the calendar year: 41 approved, 4 approved with conditions, 2 returned for resubmission. Average review timeline 22 calendar days, within the City's published 30-day commitment.
Item 7 · Resolution
Resolution honoring retired City Manager
Council adopts a resolution recognizing the contributions of the recently retired City Manager, who served Hidden Hills for twelve years. Resolution acknowledges leadership of the AI Library initiative planning, Ordinance 393 wildfire framework, and the 65th-anniversary observance.
6. Council member items & announcements
Each Council member is invited to report on outside agency meetings, regional bodies, and community events. No action taken.
7. Adjournment
The next regular meeting of the City Council is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
