The collection day for recycling materials is every other Friday (unless otherwise stated by the Department). You can find the schedule calendar along with the holiday schedule and acceptable materials sheet by going to our website at www.eastridgetn.gov. On the website, select Departments and then Sanitation on the drop-down menu. Red weeks are for residents that live North of Ringgold Road (towards Chattanooga). Blue weeks are for residents that live South of Ringgold Road (towards Georgia). If you have any questions, please call City Hall at (423)867-7711. I will only put the approved recycling materials in the designated recycling can. I understand that my collection day may change due to holidays, operation of equipment, etc. I further understand that if I use the recycling can for trash or any purpose other than recycling, the City will pick up my can and I will no longer be eligible to participate in the Recycling Program.
