Response: Water heater to be Model No. EGSP20 , 20 gallon electric water heater, 2.5 KW at 240 V by Rheem Manufacturing Company. See Addendum No. 2. 2. E1.01 Electrical Panel RP - Panel Schedule not provided, please advise. Response: See New Sheet E0.02 Riser Diagram and Panel Schedule issued as part of Addendum No. 2. 3. E1.01 Electrical Panel RP - 120/240-1-phase-3wire contradicts spec 26 12 00 Part1 1.2A & B, please advise. Response: See revised Section 26 12 00 issued as part of Addendum No. 2. 4. E1.01 Electrical meter shown on pavilion contradicts spec 26 12 00 Part 1 1.3, please advise. Response: See revised Section 26 12 00 issued as part of Addendum No. 2. 5. E1.01 Power and System Note G. Future Security Camera Conduits: One conduit termination point provided on C5.0, please provide additional locations. Response: There are no other locations. 6. 07 42 13.13 - Lap-Seam Metal Wall Panels: Request to use Reveal Wall Panels by Petersen. Response: 074213.13 Lap Seam Metal Wall Panels: Reveal Wall Panels by Pac-Clad Peterson are approved as an alternate to the specified wall panel. 7. Please provide clarification regarding the following: While reviewing the bid documents for the Springvale Dog Park project, we identified several concrete improvements throughout the site, including sidewalks, water fountain pads, bench pads, and other concrete amenity pads. The overall site exhibit references several of these items with notes stating “See Details;” however, the corresponding detail sheets and dimensioned layouts do not appear to be included within the bid package provided. Without these dimensions, we are unable to accurately determine the required concrete quantities for bidding purposes. Requested Information Please provide the following information or clarification: Please provide clarification on the applicable drawing sheets for the following items: a) Dimensioned layout showing the length and width of all concrete sidewalks throughout the project. Response: Sheet C2.0 provides layout of the sidewalk. b) Typical sidewalk detail indicating: Concrete thickness Reinforcement requirements Control joint spacing Expansion joint locations Edge thickening (if required) Response: Sheet C6.0 detail 2 and 3 provide details for sidewalk. c) Dimensions and details for all water fountain concrete pads, including quantity and slab thickness. Response: Sheet C6.1 detail 3 and 5 provides details for water fountain concrete pads. d) Dimensions and details for all bench concrete pads, including quantity and slab thickness. Response: Sheet C6.1 detail 5 provides information for bench concrete pads. e) Dimensions and details for any additional concrete amenity pads shown throughout the project. Response: See response to #3 and #4 above. f) Clarification regarding the miscellaneous concrete pad shown near the park entrance. Response: Concrete pad should follow concrete sidewalk details shown on Sheet C6.0 details 2 and 3 for this project. g) If available, please provide the complete civil drawing set or PDF containing the concrete layout plan and referenced detail sheets. Response: Complete civil drawing plans dated 7-1-2026 were included with the bid package.
