Add Alternate Bid Item #1, #2, and #3 are shown in the enclosed Bid Summary exhibit. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday July 20th, 2026, at the City of East Ridge’s City Hall, located at 1517 Tombras Avenue, East Ridge, Tennessee 37412. A site visit, as needed, will immediately follow the Pre-Bid conference. Bidders are encouraged to attend both the pre-bid conference and site visit.
