Injury Prevention Workshop with Airrosti - Nov

Airrosti’s Adelle Scott, Sr. Recovery Specialist, will teach you how to manage, reduce and eliminate musculoskeletal pain through preventative self-myofascial release techniques using a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and banded exercises. This class will focus on injury prevention. See Airrosti.com for more info on pain relief!

Any additional follow-up or inquiries on the advice given will need to be conducted with Airrosti directly. CWPD is not able to provide any advice on further steps in treatment planning.

Notes

  • If you have a foam roller, lacrosse ball or mat, please bring them with you. There will be a limited supply of foam rollers and lacrosse balls available for use.
  • Program and camp cancellations made seven days prior to the start date will receive a full refund in the form of household credit or refund to the original payment method. Those cancellations made less than seven days prior to the program date will be offered a 50% refund in the form of a household credit. Cancellations made during or after the program are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Program Manager.
