Smithville Lake is about 20 miles from downtown Kansas City. Call the Park Office at 816-407-3400 with any question.

- The lower rate applies to Clay County personal-property payers (through July 31) and to military and veterans with ID. Senior season passes, for visitors turning 62 or older this year, run $40 to $120.

Smithville Lake has a dog park. Pets are not allowed on rental boats.
