The State of the I.E Entrepreneurship Awards & Address brought together entrepreneurs, community leaders, and innovators from across the region for a morning of insight, connection, and celebration. Hosted at Entrepreneur High School in Highland, the event highlighted the Inland Empire’s vibrant entrepreneurial spirit and recognized those driving meaningful change.
We were joined by Dr. Tara Gray Lynn, Director of the California Small Business Advocate, and panelists Monica Robles, Mihai Patru, and Kailin Peoples, all sharing powerful perspectives on collaboration, workforce development, and strategies to strengthen the local entrepreneurial pipeline.
The morning concluded by honoring five outstanding awardees, each representing innovation, impact, and community leadership shaping the region’s future. The event also spotlighted BBOP’s three pillars: unlocking access to capital, strengthening the entrepreneurial support pipeline, and positioning entrepreneurship as workforce development showing how BBOP empowers entrepreneurs to learn, grow, and lead in their communities.
By bringing together local leaders, organizations, and innovators, the event reinforced BBOP’s mission: to create equitable spaces where entrepreneurs have access to education, mentorship, networks, and technology that fuel real growth and lasting impact.
