This finder runs on a representative set of AHA document records (applications, the ACOP and Section 8 Administrative Plan, payment standards, agency plans, board agendas and minutes, and resident forms) modeled on the Authority's current document library. The text search calls a live synonym-aware API (/api/search-aha), so “rent help” finds the Housing Choice Voucher and “disability” finds the reasonable-accommodation form. The category and type filters update their counts as you click. On a live site the index is built from AHA's real documents and refreshed automatically.
