Construction has officially begun on the long-awaited Village North, a 49-acre mixed-use development located at the corner of Liberty Way and Butler-Warren Road. Phase 1 of the project will include:
➡️Three new buildings with 91,000 sq. ft. of retail and service space ➡️A 40,000 sq. ft. Whole Foods as the anchor tenant
This walkable community will blend quality living, retail, and gathering spaces with connected sidewalks and courtyards. This project is adjacent to Voice of America MetroPark and will offer residents and visitors a walkable, modern community experience.
