Report a Road Issue
Township road crews are proactively identifying potholes for repair. Your help reporting potholes and other road maintenance issues is greatly appreciated.
Whose Road Is It?
Not all streets in West Chester are maintained by the West Chester Roads Division. Maintenance of the West Chester road system is a collaborative effort involving state and local agencies including the Butler County Engineer’s Office (BCEO) and the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 8.

Street lights
Duke Energy
All street lights – not traffic lights – are the responsibility of Duke Energy.
If you report a pothole that is NOT on a West Chester street, Community Services staff will take your information and forward your concern to the appropriate agency. Keep in mind repairs will be the responsibility of that agency.
NOTE: The Township does not repair potholes on private property, like parking lots, nor interstate highways.
Report It to Community Services
Staff will make every effort to address potholes in a timely fashion, weather permitting.
