Public Notice to Fill District 5, Seats B & C

Due to multiple vacancies, notice is given that the County Legislative Body will accept nominations to fill District 5 Seats B & C at the Steering Committee Meeting on Monday, December 9 at 5:00 PM. To submit a nomination, please call the Sevier County Mayor's Office at (865) 453-6136 by 4:30 PM on Monday, December 9, 2024. Names may also be submitted in person at the meeting on December 9 in Courtroom 100E.

Additionally, nominations may be submitted for consideration at the Sevier County Board of Commissioners Meeting on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

All nominations will be considered and voted on at the Sevier County Board of Commissioners meeting on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM in Courtroom 306W.

This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of T.C.A. § 5-5-111.
