Meals

A hot meal at your door, or a table to share one at.

Senior Services delivers meals to seniors who cannot cook or shop for themselves, the program most people know as Meals on Wheels, and helps eligible seniors stretch their own grocery budget with fresh produce.

What's included

  • Home-Delivered Meals, also called Meals on Wheels

Free, weekly-delivered meals for homebound seniors 60 and older who cannot prepare their own food, delivered in partnership with Meals on Wheels of America. Each meal is heart-healthy, diabetes-friendly, and reviewed by a registered dietitian. Donations toward the cost are welcome, never required.

  • Farmers Market Program

Seasonal vouchers that let eligible seniors 60 and older buy fresh, locally grown produce at approved farmers markets. Eligibility depends on age, residency, a photo ID, and household income.

  • Healthy eating resources

Recipes and practical, budget-minded nutrition tips, published year-round.
