What to do first

Three steps, however you start.

  1. Find your community

Choose your community above, or call if you would rather talk it through.

  2. Tell us what is going on

A ride, a meal, help at home, a Medicare question: whatever it is, say it plainly.

  3. We connect you with the right program

No Wrong Door means any call is the right call, even if you are not sure what to ask for yet.

Reaches every community

Some help is not tied to one place.

In-home support such as the Homemaker Program, Personal Care, and a Senior Companion; Options Counseling and Veteran Directed Care; caregiver support including respite care and Adult Day Care; wellness classes such as A Matter of Balance, Bingocize, and Walk With Ease; and the Senior Advocate Ombudsman all serve the whole region, not just one community. Call 757-461-9481 to ask about any of these.
