Integration approach
The prototype keeps PenMet's existing recreation platform as the system of record and makes the handoff obvious. In production this finder would sync from ActiveNet or a scheduled export, so staff update programs once while residents get a cleaner browsing path.
Resident pathways
Common questions are answered before the handoff
PenMet already publishes important supporting information: financial assistance, pricing policy, refunds, facility FAQs, rental payment, and field/court applications. The redesign groups those together so residents do not bounce through the full menu.
