Applications accepted January 1 to April 1

Application forms are considered ‘in revision’ between April 1 and December 31st of each year. Submitted applications during this time may NOT be considered.

Application Requirements

Approximately 500 word essay describing how your experience as a high school basketball player has prepared you for your future. What has playing basketball meant to you over the years? What lessons have you learned as an athlete, and specifically as a basketball player. Please include your future field of study as well as the school you plan to attend in the narrative.

In the event that I am awarded a scholarship, I certify that: 1. I have a significant need for the money to continue my education. 2. I agree to keep Onward! advised of my current name, address, and educational status. 3. I agree that if I transfer or change from my school of preference, I will contact Onward! immediately. 4. I agree to submit my grades to Onward! at the end of the school year.
