The Sih Hasin Street Medicine program exists under the Indian Health Service at Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock NM, but there is need to have a separate branch of the team who is able to see ALL patients, not solely IHS beneficiaries. This fund is to supplement the work done by the Sih Hasin Street Medicine Team so that ALL of our unsheltered patients may be seen for healthcare needs.
