A budget hearing will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, December 20, 2017, in the office of the Newton County Commission for the purpose of adopting the proposed 2018 County Budget. After December 10, 2017, the proposed budget may be examined between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays in the County Clerk’s Office. Interested citizens shall have the opportunity to give written or oral comment at this hearing.
