This site is built for everyone Meridian receives.

An institution whose work is exchange cannot publish a site that excludes anyone. This site is designed and tested to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.

What that means here

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, including search, the index filters, and menus.
• Text keeps a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background, in every state.
• Photographs carry written descriptions; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages remain readable and usable with JavaScript off, at 200% zoom, and in high-contrast modes.
• Motion honors the reduced-motion preference set in your device.

Documents

Meridian publishes reports and program documents as PDFs. Where a document is not yet accessible, ask us for the content in another format and we will provide it.
