Flood Plain Management
The Green Hills Regional Planning Commission serves as the flood plain administrator for Caldwell, Carroll, Grundy, and Harrison counties.

Federal, State and local regulations require that anytime dirt is moved inside the regulated flood plain a flood development permit is required.
The flood development permit application may be returned to glen@ghrpc.org.
