Test Coordinator
Nancy (Yeon-Joo) joined the ERC in May 2023 and serves as a Test Coordinator. In this role, she coordinates tests, recruits and supports testers, and conducts data management, analysis, and reporting. She has experience as a tester and has worked as a research assistant on projects investigating service provision to immigrants in the Greater Washington, D.C. area. Nancy holds a B.A. in Literary Translation from Swarthmore College, an M.A. in International Development from George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in International Relations from American University.
